摘要:本实用新型公开了一种可调间隙的试验机离合制动器,包括主机机体、设置于主机机体内的主轴和传动轴,主轴外设有沿其轴向分布的制动磁铁、摩擦片和制动连接件,制动磁铁连接在主机机体上,摩擦片连接在制动连接件上,制动磁铁与摩擦片之间形成可调的制动间隙;传动轴外设有沿其轴向分布的离合磁铁、衔铁和离合连接件,衔铁、离合连接件和制动连接件连接成一体。本实用新型所述可调间隙的试验机离合制动器能在冲击试验机主轴后侧有限的空间内,实现离合、制动的功能,且能有效、方便的调整制动间隙,本实用新型整体结构紧凑,旋转能量损失极小。

主权项:一种可调间隙的试验机离合制动器,其特征在于:包括主机机体、设置于主机机体内的主轴和传动轴,主轴和传动轴高度相同并且传动轴位于主轴后端,主轴外设有沿其轴向分布的制动磁铁、摩擦片和制动连接件,制动磁铁连接在主机机体上,摩擦片连接在制动连接件上,制动磁铁与摩擦片之间形成可调的制动间隙,制动连接件通过胀紧环固定在主轴上,主轴上还设有支撑轴承,支撑轴承一侧与制动连接件接触,另一侧通过被紧螺母旋紧;传动轴外设有沿其轴向分布的离合磁铁、衔铁和离合连接件,衔铁、离合连接件和制动连接件连接成一体。
