摘要:本实用新型涉及一种耐高温碳纤维增强复合材料连续抽油杆及制备装置。其技术方案是由内到外依次是沿杆体轴向的增强纤维碳纤维(A)、纤维缠绕增强层芳纶1414纤维(B)、沿杆体轴向的增强纤维高强玻璃纤维(C)、纤维编织增强层芳纶1414纤维(D),在最外层的纤维编织增强层芳纶1414纤维(D)外注入多官能团环氧树脂,四层结构同时固化成型,其Tg值达到210℃以上,制成的杆体的连续长度为300~5000m。有益效果是:赋予了抽油杆优异的耐温性能和耐偏磨性能,优异的径向、轴向抗压性能,较小的收卷直径,一次成型的制品生产效率高,操作简便,性能稳定。
