When fine adjustment of centering is required, a fixing bolt 14 is loosened to revolve a push bolt and the drawing-up bolt 18. Continuously, the second block 16 is pulled down in order to ensure a clearance corresponding to the thermal expansion of the bolster plate 9 between the guide roller 19 and the guide surface of the rail.
