摘要:一种仿生减阻马铃薯收获机挖掘铲属农业机械技术领域,本发明为入土铲齿、触土铲面Ⅰ、铲柄、触土铲面Ⅱ和凹陷面的一体结构,铲体呈弧形,其中触土铲面Ⅰ和凸起面位于挖掘铲正面,触土铲面Ⅱ和凹陷面位于挖掘铲反面,凸起面设于触土铲面Ⅰ的中部,凹陷面设于触土铲面Ⅱ的中部,入土铲齿位于挖掘铲前端;铲柄位于挖掘铲末端,铲柄顶端为长方形,以圆弧过渡至底端,并与触土铲面Ⅰ和触土铲面Ⅱ的顶端固接;铲柄上设有呈三角形排列的3个沉头螺钉孔,挖掘铲的入土楔角α范围为:[20°,45°],入土铲齿铲刃的间隙角θ范围为:[3°,6°]。本发明适用性强,可显著提高马铃薯挖掘铲的入土能力和减阻脱附性能,比传统的马铃薯挖掘铲减阻性能提高30%以上。

主权项:一种仿生减阻马铃薯收获机挖掘铲,其特征在于由3个铲齿(1)、触土铲面Ⅰ(2)、铲柄(3)、凸起面(5)、触土铲面Ⅱ(7)和凹陷面(8)组成,其中触土铲面Ⅰ(2)和凸起面(5)位于挖掘铲正面,凸起面(5)设于触土铲面Ⅰ(2)中部,凸起面(5)中纵截面轮廓线C的a点与铲柄(3)底端f‑g直线中点重合,凸起面(5)的横截面轮廓线G为曲线;触土铲面Ⅱ(7)和凹陷面(8)位于挖掘铲反面,凹陷面(8)设于触土铲面Ⅱ(7)中部,触土铲面Ⅰ(2)和触土铲面Ⅱ(7)中弧形轮廓线E的e点与铲齿(1)的外轮廓曲线D的e点重合;3个铲齿(1)位于挖掘铲前端;触土铲面Ⅰ(2)、铲柄(3)、3个沉头螺钉孔(4)、凸起面(5)、触土铲面Ⅱ(7)和凹陷面(8)关于纵轴线(6)对称设置;铲齿(1)、触土铲面Ⅰ(2)、铲柄(3)、触土铲面Ⅱ(7)和凹陷面(8)为一体结构,凹陷面(8)与触土铲面Ⅱ(7)的边缘轮廓线F为h‑i曲线;铲柄(3)顶端为长方形,以圆弧过渡至底端,并与触土铲面Ⅰ(2)和触土铲面Ⅱ(7)的顶端固接;铲柄(3)上设有呈三角形排列的3个沉头螺钉孔(4)。
