摘要:本实用新型公开了一种机器人多工位油箱零件的焊接工装,油箱零件由上而下依次连接有上弯管、直管和下弯管,并且直管和上弯管的连接处还套设有盖板;焊接工装包括底座,底座的顶部设置有竖直杆和多个支撑座,竖直杆的顶部水平设置有水平杆且水平杆的前端设置有缺口,支撑座的顶部与缺口均设置有紧固机构;其中,在盖板的底部能够设置于支撑座的顶表面上,且上弯管能够嵌设于缺口内的情况下,紧固机构能够与盖板的顶部紧密接触或者紧固机构与上弯管的裸露处进行紧密接触以将上弯管紧固于缺口内。该焊接工装能够稳定夹持油箱零件进而实现机器人的连续作业。
