摘要:本发明实施例提供的一种有机电致发光显示面板、其制作方法及显示装置,对衬底基板上所需沉积相同材料的像素电极通电,并对位于蒸发源处的电极通电,形成电场;将与所需沉积材料对应的蒸镀材料放入蒸发源内,使蒸镀材料离子化,离子化后的蒸镀材料在电场的作用下沉积在衬底基板上,由于仅在所需沉积材料的像素电极处通电,因此可以使所需沉积材料的各像素单元沉积材料的厚度高于其他各像素单元;将其他各像素单元中沉积的材料刻蚀去除,使衬底基板仅在之前通电的像素电极上具有蒸镀材料,这样在依次沉积和刻蚀的过程中,形成所需材料的图形,避免了因采用掩膜板制作材料图形时由于对位产生误差,而限制成品的分辨率,有利于提高OLED的分辨率。

主权项:一种有机电致发光显示面板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括:将形成有各像素单元的像素电极的衬底基板放入蒸镀腔内;对所述衬底基板上所需沉积相同材料的各像素单元的像素电极通电,并对位于所述蒸镀腔内的蒸发源处的电极通电,形成电场;将与所需沉积材料对应的蒸镀材料放入所述蒸发源内,使所述蒸镀材料离子化,所述离子化后的蒸镀材料在所述电场的作用下沉积在所述衬底基板上;通过刻蚀工艺刻蚀形成有所述离子化后的蒸镀材料的衬底基板,使所述衬底基板仅在之前通电的像素电极上具有所述蒸镀材料。
