摘要:Provided are: a cable connection structure whereby a cable can be connected at a narrow pitch by a simple configuration without positional misalignment, an endoscope system, and a method for manufacturing a cable connection structure. This cable connection structure is characterized by being provided with: a plurality of coaxial cables (30) in which a central conductor (31), an internal insulator (32), and an external conductor (33) are exposed in stages at distal-end parts thereof; an aligning member (20) for pressing side surfaces of exposed external conductors (33) of at least the coaxial cables (30) positioned on both ends among the plurality of coaxial cables (30) and aligning the coaxial cables (30) with each other so that the axial center directions thereof are parallel and exterior coverings (34) thereof are in contact; and a substrate (10) in which a ground electrode (12) is disposed for connecting the external conductors (33) of the plurality of coaxial cables (30); the external conductors (33) of the plurality of coaxial cables (30) being electrically and mechanically connected to the ground electrode (12) of the substrate (10) via soldering and the aligning member (20).
