摘要:本发明公开了一种铜基合金轴瓦复合型工作减摩层的加工方法,步骤为:1)溅前处理;2)高真空溅射加工:将溅前处理后的铜基合金轴瓦放入磁控溅射镀膜机中,先溅射镍,再溅射铝合金,在铜基合金轴瓦内表面形成0.015‑0.02mm厚的高真空溅射层;3)喷涂前处理;4)预热;5)喷涂加工:预热后的铜基合金轴瓦放入喷涂室,采用喷枪在高真空溅射层表面喷涂0.005‑0.01mm厚的合成材料涂层;6)固化。本发明将高真空溅射层/(Ni+AlSn<sub>20</sub>Cu)和合成涂层叠加联合成为铜基合金轴瓦工作减摩层,能提高轴瓦的承载能力、抗疲劳强度及具有较强的抗磨损、抗腐蚀性能。

主权项:一种铜基合金轴瓦复合型工作减摩层的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:1)溅前处理:清洗铜基合金轴瓦表面油污,然后晾干;2)高真空溅射加工:将溅前处理后的铜基合金轴瓦放入磁控溅射镀膜机中,先溅射镍,再溅射铝合金,在铜基合金轴瓦内表面形成0.015‑0.02mm厚的高真空溅射层;3)喷涂前处理:采用先活化后钝化的方式,增大高真空溅射层的表面粗糙度;4)预热:将喷涂前处理后的铜基合金轴瓦放入烘箱中,在110‑130℃下预热10‑20分钟;5)喷涂加工:预热后的铜基合金轴瓦放入喷涂室,采用喷枪在高真空溅射层表面喷涂0.005‑0.01mm厚的合成材料涂层;6)固化:将喷涂后的铜基合金轴瓦放入烘箱中,160‑180℃下保温3‑4小时,使合成材料涂层固化。
