摘要:本发明公开了一种水雾化制备金属粉末过程中的喷射雾化工艺,包括第一次雾化和第二次雾化,即在第一次雾化所用的喷嘴下方增加一个喷嘴,进行二次冷水雾化,所述第二雾化所用的喷嘴位于第一次雾化所用的喷嘴下方0.5‑2cm处,第二次雾化所用的喷嘴的冷水温度为5‑8℃,其中,雾化过程中,漏包孔径为5‑8mm,第一次雾化的喷射顶角为50‑55度,第二次雾化的喷射顶角为40‑45度,雾化压力为18‑25Mpa,雾化桶的高度为3m,冷却水位为0.2‑0.4m。本发明的水雾化制备金属粉末过程中的喷射雾化工艺,增加第二次雾化,对喷射顶角、漏包孔直径、雾化压力、冷却水位等参数综合调节,有效提高金属粉末的球形度和松装密度,粉的粒度更细,可以满足对形貌要求较高的行业需求。
