摘要:一种水雾法制备含氧量低的含镍的铜合金粉,其特征在于,其通过如下组分制备而成:原料铜粉500份、锡粉25‑30份、镍粉8‑10份、本发明通过先对原料铜粉进行热处理处理,并通过调配铜、锡、镍的含量,实现了产品的无铅化,制备得到含氧量低的含镍的铜合金粉,本发明制备的抗氧化的含镍的铜合金粉颗粒均匀圆润,且含氧量低,具有良好的强度、导热性、耐磨性和色泽。
