摘要:本发明公开了一种钢质气阀离子氮化的加工方法,包括1)溅射;2)第一段离子氮化;3)第二段离子氮化;4)炉冷至≤150℃出炉空冷等步骤。本发明成功解决了X33CrNiMnN23-8钢制气阀氮化的三个技术难题,不仅氮化速度明显提高,氮化时间缩短近一半,还省去了氮化前的抛光工序,降低了生产成本;而且氮化质量稳定并显著提高,氮化层深度和硬度比传统工艺要均匀得多、脆性也明显改善、氮化面无鼓包和剥落现象。经实际应用,用新工艺氮化的X33CrNiMnN23-8气阀己无不合格品,经用户装机使用证实,该气阀的耐磨性、疲劳强度和使用寿命比过去显著提高。

主权项:一种钢质气阀离子氮化的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:1)溅射:将气阀清洗干净、装炉、抽真空、启辉后,逐渐向炉内加入氩气、升温至630‑640℃保温1‑3小时,保温过程中电压为780‑830V、氩气供给量为0.2‑0.25L/min、炉内压强为60‑80Pa;2)第一段离子氮化:溅射完毕,降温至590‑600℃保温5‑7小时,此步骤保温过程中电压为580‑630V、氨气供给量为1.1‑1.2L/min、炉内压强为340‑400Pa;3)第二段离子氮化:升温至630‑640℃保温10‑12小时,此步骤保温过程中电压为660‑720V、氩气供给量为0.5‑0.6L/min、氨气供给量为0.6‑0.7L/min、炉内压强为340‑400Pa。4)炉冷至≤150℃出炉空冷。
