摘要:本发明公开了一种全桥LLC谐振DC/DC变换器的输出电压控制装置以及方法,分别以频率和占空比为调节对象,根据采样到的输出电压和参考输出电压计算得到频率值f<sub>d</sub>和占空比k,如果频率值小于预设的频率值上限,根据频率值f<sub>d</sub>生成八只开关管的PWM波,占空比与上一时刻相同,并且四只与输入直流电压源连接的开关管Q<sub>i1</sub>的关断时刻要早于同属一只桥臂的开关管Q<sub>i2</sub>,否则根据占空比k生成PWM波,其中四只与输入直流电压源连接的开关管Q<sub>i1</sub>的PWM波的占空比为k,其余四只开关管Q<sub>i2</sub>的PWM波的占空比均为初始值,八只开关管的PWM波的频率值均为频率值上限,并且开关管Q<sub>i1</sub>的关断时刻要早于同属一只桥臂的开关管Q<sub>i2</sub>。本发明采用频率值和占空比相结合的方式实现变换器宽范围的输出电压。
主权项:一种全桥LLC谐振DC/DC变换器的输出电压控制装置,其特征在于包括电压采样模块、频率调节电压控制模块、占空比调节电压控制模块、频率比较模块、选通模块、驱动信号生成模块,其中:电压采样模块采集全桥LLC谐振DC/DC变换器的输出电压V<sub>o</sub>,分别发送给频率调节控制模块、占空比调节控制模块;频率调节电压控制模块根据接收到的输出电压V<sub>o</sub>和预设的参考输出电压V<sub>ref</sub>,计算得到开关管驱动信号的频率值f<sub>d</sub>,分别发送给频率比较模块和选通模块;占空比调节电压控制模块根据接收到的输出电压V<sub>o</sub>和预设的参考输出电压V<sub>ref</sub>,计算得到开关管驱动信号的占空比k,发送给选通模块;频率比较模块接收频率值f<sub>d</sub>,与频率值上限<img file="FDA0000915671600000011.GIF" wi="60" he="94" />进行比较,当<img file="FDA0000915671600000012.GIF" wi="191" he="94" />向选通模块输出有效电平信号,当<img file="FDA0000915671600000013.GIF" wi="191" he="88" />向选通模块输出无效电平信号;选通模块接收频率比较模块发送的电平信号,当电平信号为有效电平信号,选通与频率调节电压控制模块之间的通路,接收频率值f<sub>d</sub>转发给驱动信号生成模块;当电平信号为无效电平信号,选通与占空比调节电压控制模块之间的通路,接收占空比k转发给驱动信号生成模块;驱动信号生成模块根据接收到的频率值f<sub>d</sub>或占空比k生成PWM波,发送给全桥LLC谐振DC/DC变换器中的各个开关管:当所接收信号为频率值f<sub>d</sub>时,令八只开关管的PWM波的频率值均为f<sub>d</sub>,占空比与上一时刻相同,并且四只与输入直流电压源连接的开关管Q<sub>i1</sub>的关断时刻要早于同属一只桥臂的开关管Q<sub>i2</sub>;当所接收信号为占空比k时,四只与输入直流电压源连接的开关管Q<sub>i1</sub>的PWM波的占空比为k,其余四只开关管Q<sub>i2</sub>的PWM波的占空比均为初始值,八只开关管PWM波的频率值均为<img file="FDA0000915671600000014.GIF" wi="86" he="94" />并且开关管Q<sub>i1</sub>的关断时刻要早于同属一只桥臂的开关管Q<sub>i2</sub>。
