摘要:本发明公开了一种催化体系及其制备方法以及乙烯基乙炔的制备方法,涉及化工领域,解决了现有的利用乙炔二聚法制备乙烯基乙炔的生产中,生成的副产物及高聚物较多、乙烯基乙炔的选择性低的问题。本发明的主要技术方案为:该催化体系用于催化乙炔二聚以制备乙烯基乙炔,该催化体系的制备方法主要包括如下步骤:向通有氮气的反应器中加入助溶剂和水,在第一设定温度下,搅拌使助溶剂全部溶解,得到助溶剂水溶液;在第二设定温度下,向助溶剂水溶液中加入主催化剂氯化亚铜和配体聚乙二醇,待氯化亚铜充分溶解后,加入酸溶液,得到催化体系。本发明主要用于在乙炔二聚法制备乙烯基乙炔的生产过程中提高乙烯基乙炔的选择性及乙炔的有效转化率。

主权项:一种催化体系的制备方法,该催化体系用于催化乙炔二聚以制备乙烯基乙炔,其特征在于,该催化体系的制备方法包括如下步骤:向通有氮气的反应器中加入助溶剂和水,在第一设定温度下,搅拌使所述助溶剂全部溶解,得到助溶剂水溶液;在60‑90℃下,向所述助溶剂水溶液中加入主催化剂氯化亚铜和配体聚乙二醇,待氯化亚铜全部溶解后,加入酸溶液,得到催化体系;所述聚乙二醇的质量为所述催化体系质量的2‑10%;所述助溶剂为氯化铵,得到的氯化铵水溶液的浓度为5.0‑7.0mol/L,所述氯化铵与所述氯化亚铜的摩尔比为1:2‑2:1。
