摘要:本发明提供一种离心铸造制复合辊,其是利用离心铸造法形成的外层与由球墨铸铁构成的内层熔接一体化而成的离心铸造制复合辊,所述外层由以下的Fe基合金构成,所述Fe基合金具有以质量基准计至少含有Cr:0.8~3.0%、Mo:1.5~6.0%和V:1.8~5.5%的化学组成,且金属组织中的石墨面积率为0.3~10%,所述内层具有熔接于所述外层的芯部、和由所述芯部的两端一体地延伸出的轴部,两轴部端部的Cr、Mo和V的合计量均为0.15~2.0质量%,且在一侧轴部与另一侧轴部之间Cr、Mo和V的合计量之差为0.2质量%以上。
