摘要:本实用新型公开了一种测量气体浓度的光学吸收池,属于气体浓度光学测量领域。该光学吸收池包括凹面螺旋光学腔,入射窗口和出射窗口,所述凹面螺旋光学腔由曲率半径为r的曲线沿径向半径R做螺旋旋转而成;激光通过所述入射窗口入射到所述凹面螺旋光学腔,经过螺旋式的循环反射,由所述出射窗口出射。使用该光学吸收池对气体浓度进行测量时,可以有效地缩小光程池的体积,加长光作用的有效光程,从而能有效地提高光谱探测灵敏度,提高吸收气体浓度测量的精确度。
