摘要:本实用新型涉及一种铁路用高强复合材料电缆槽。其技术方案是:包括由复合材料制成的槽盖和槽体、支撑架、紧固螺栓,槽体为长方形的顶部敞开的槽型结构,槽盖为长方形结构,安装在槽体的顶部;所述的槽盖的两侧设有槽盖挂耳结构,槽体两侧设有槽体挂耳结构,槽盖和槽体首尾顺次连接装配后通过支撑架固定,所述的支撑架由上下两部分组成。有益效果是:以SMC片状模塑料为原材料,经成型模具高温固化压制而成。SMC片状模塑料以不饱和聚酯树脂为基体材料,无碱无捻玻璃纤维为增强材料,与其它无机填料、助剂等充分混合制备而成,解决了产品防火阻燃、绝缘、高强度等方面的问题,并且运输、安装方便,使用寿命长,完全满足铁路建设相关标准要求。
