摘要:本发明公开了一种保护服务器主板电压转换线路的设计方案,所述方案服务器主板电压转换线路通过电压控制芯片输出上下MOS的开关信号控制上下MOS开关,当上MOS的开关信号为高电平时下MOS管开关信号为低电平,上MOS管打开下MOS管关闭,输入电压电流通过电感效应储能输出稳定电压;当上MOS的开关信号为低电平时下MOS管开关信号为高电平,上MOS管关闭下MOS管打开,输入电压电流截至,电感释放能量保证输出稳定电压,在电压转换线路中,对上下MOS管的控制信号分别增加一颗电阻,加快控制信号从高电平变为低电平的放电时间,进而改变两个MOS管的相对开关切换速度;保证服务器工作在何种工作模式下均可实现正常工作。
