摘要:本发明公开了一种无机晶须协同改性的聚酰亚胺/环氧共混物及制备方法,所述共混物包括如下重量份数的组分:环氧树脂100份,聚酰亚胺硅氧烷0~30份,固化剂75~85份,促进剂0~0.3份,硫酸钙晶须2~10份。本发明将硫酸钙晶须作为进一步改性的添加剂,加入聚酰亚胺改性的环氧树脂,由于所述晶须是在人工控制条件下以单晶形式长成的一种纤维,其直径较小,增强的复合材料具有达到高性能的潜力。
主权项:无机晶须协同改性的聚酰亚胺/环氧共混物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的组分:环氧树脂 100份聚酰亚胺硅氧烷 25~30份固化剂 80~85份促进剂 0.1~0.3份硫酸钙晶须 3~7份。
