摘要：由本发明系提供由复数个药物含有部份，及与此等连接之1个以上之连接部份所形成，于该连接部份具有可分割锭剂全体之一个分线之锭剂。其中连接部份及被覆层系具有相同或相异之药物释出控制机能之被覆锭，或于具有分线之药物含有部份施以不溶性被覆之锭剂，该药物含有部份依据分线分割而服用时，成为药物实质的释出之结构或组成之锭剂，进而与复数个药物含有部份，及与此等连接之1个以上之连接部份所形成，至少二个药物含有部份系该组成相异之锭剂。;进而，由本发明提供将同一断面之复数个柱状医药组成物层以柱的轴方向相连接而成之柱状物压缩成型，接着，自与柱的轴方向不同方向压缩成型为特征之锭剂之制造方法。
