摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily predict a residence time of raw material grains by simplifying factors of movement of the raw material grains in a fluidized bed.SOLUTION: Auxiliary grains and raw material grains are introduced from one side of a vessel and an auxiliary fluid is supplied from the bottom of the vessel to form a fluidized bed, and the raw material grains are withdrawn together with the auxiliary grains from the other side of the vessel. A concentration C of the raw material grains withdrawn from the other side is calculated at each time t at the location of the other side in the horizontal coordinate x, using the equation (1) below.
