摘要:本实用新型涉及一种通风柜移门自动升降装置,包括用于固定移门的通风柜框架、安装在框架上的移门以及用于带动移门上下移动的钢索;通风柜框架上设置有电机;电机轴端连接有编码器;电机的启停动作通过伺服控制器控制;所述的编码器通过电机轴的转向给出伺服控制器执行信号,从而控制电机启动;连接移门的钢索设置在电机轴上,移门上下移动是钢索带动电机轴转动;钢索还通过滑轮组连接有用于平衡移门重量的平衡块;移门的顶部设置有位置检测传感器。本实用新型采用电机转向检测装置,由程序控制其启动速度及移动距离,加上位置判定,只要轻轻一提,电机跟着启动,平稳到达指定位置;关门同样往下一拉,电机跟着启动平稳到达最下位置。
