摘要:本发明公开了一种改性尿素、小分子活性有机质及其制备方法,其由以下步骤组成:取重量比例为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)的豌豆、绿豆、玉米,加入重量为所述豌豆、绿豆、玉米总重的5-10倍的水浸泡5-20小时,所述浸泡温度为30-60℃,搅拌粉碎,滤去水分得到滤渣;在所述滤渣中加入pH值为5-7的pH缓冲液,所述缓冲液的重量为所述滤渣的1-2倍,加入酵母菌发酵1-5天;发酵结束,滤出发酵液,发酵液过阳离子交换树脂,用5倍柱体积的水洗脱,收集流出的第2倍和3倍量的洗脱液,洗脱液调节pH至5-7,浓缩干燥。本发明能增强作物对尿素的吸收并无任何副作用;并而提高尿素的利用率,使农作物健壮的生长。

主权项:一种小分子活性有机质的制备方法,其由以下步骤组成:1)取重量比例为1:1:1的豌豆、绿豆、玉米,加入重量为所述豌豆、绿豆、玉米总重的5‑10倍的水浸泡10小时,所述浸泡温度为40℃,搅拌粉碎,滤去水分得到滤渣;2)在所述滤渣中加入pH值为6的磷酸盐缓冲液,所述磷酸盐缓冲液的重量为所述滤渣的2倍,加入1%重量的酵母菌发酵2天;3)发酵结束,滤出发酵液,发酵液过D‑85大孔丙烯酸系弱酸性阳离子交换树脂,用5倍柱体积的水洗脱,收集流出的第2倍和3倍量的洗脱液,洗脱液调节pH至6,浓缩干燥。
