摘要:本实用新型公开了一种水雾法生产金属粉用熔融金属液中转过流装置,包括漏包和连接座,所述漏包包括坩埚、发热层、变频炉和保温层,所述坩埚置于变频炉内,所述发热层置于坩埚与变频炉之间,所述保温层置于变频炉外侧,所述连接座设置在漏包下方,所述漏包底部设有凸台,连接座上设有与凸台紧密配合的凹槽,所述漏包底部中心设有漏孔,凹槽中心设有中心孔,所述漏孔与中心孔相通。本实用新型的水雾法生产金属粉用熔融金属液中转过流装置,保证熔融金属液不会因温度过低而堵塞雾化器,保证雾化制粉过程的连续进行;漏包通过连接座与雾化器连接,可以控制熔融金属液在雾化器中心流下,保证漏包与雾化器焦点的对焦精度,提高雾化效率。
