摘要:本实用新型公开了一种内注油式加油辊,包括辊套、芯轴、轴承、轴承卡圈和油嘴;所述辊套通过轴承套接在芯轴上,所述轴承分别与辊套内孔和芯轴外圆过盈配合,支撑辊套相对芯轴旋转。所述轴承卡圈套接在芯轴卡圈槽上,限制轴承轴向位移,所述油嘴通过螺纹配合装配在芯轴上。本实用新型内注油式加油辊,通过设置在芯轴轴端中心的油嘴,实现不停机加油,提高了设备的利用率;通过将润滑油储存在基体内腔,利用旋转产生的离心力,自动由内往外将储存的润滑油注入发泡胶套,不仅提高了润滑油储存量,减少了加油频率,而且提高了加油效果,提高了模切刀辊使用寿命。
