摘要:本实用新型公开了一种中频炉的烟气吸收除尘装置,包括风机、主吸烟罩和侧吸烟罩,所述风机设置在炉口的一侧,主吸烟罩设置在炉口的另一侧,侧吸烟罩设置在主吸烟罩的侧方,所述主吸烟罩通过主吸烟管道与第一管道连接,侧吸烟罩通过侧吸烟管道与第一管道连接,第一管道上连接有吸尘袋,第一管道的一端连接吸风机,吸风机的一端连接第二管道,第二管道连接水洗槽。本实用新型的中频炉的烟气吸收除尘装置,可以改变烟气的流向,使烟气进入主吸烟罩和侧吸烟罩,避免高温烟气直冲屋面对屋面造成损坏,收集烟气效果好;收集后的烟气由第一管道进入吸尘袋进行初步除烟气,剩余的烟气通过第二管道进入水洗槽进行沉降,避免直接排放,对环境造成污染。
