摘要：The present invention relates to a structure for preventing regional overheating of a rotary soup pot, which heats the part of an inner container where cooking food is contained with the flame focused and delivered in a rotary soup pot positioned in a flame heating space between the inner container and an outer container of a large scale soup pot body having a semi-hemispheric shape; and prevents the cooking food from being burnt due to the regional overheating of the inner container by blocking the flame from being delivered to the upper part of the inner container including the boundary part where the cooking food is not contained in the inner container. The structure for preventing regional overheating of a rotary soup pot can maintain the temperature of the cooked food contained in the inner container by preventing the temperature of the upper part of the inner container from being rapidly cooled when the food cooking is completed and the flame heating is stopped; and facilitates the heat efficiency, circulation of the flame, and discharge of exhaust gas. The present invention relates to a rotary soup pot, which rotates the upper entrance of the soup pot body downward so as to empty the whole cooked food at once. The structure for preventing regional overheating of a rotary soup pot of the present invention comprises a flame heating space formed between the inner container and the outer container of the soup pot body, and letting the flame heat the inner container; an exhaust hole formed on one upper side wall of the outer container so as to discharge the exhaust gas; a cover plate made of a metal and installed outside an insulating material surrounding the upper edge of the outer circumference of the inner container; and a flame circulation exhaust gas path formed outside the cover plate.
