摘要:本发明涉及一种部分水解聚丙烯酰胺凝胶用交联剂的制备方法;常温下由间苯二酚和甲醛在有机介质中在碱金属氢氧化物和有机胺的共同催化作用下经缩合反应制得;有机介质为乙醇溶剂;碱金属氢氧化物催化剂为氢氧化钠;有机胺催化剂为六亚甲基四胺;反应温度为10–30°C;反应时间为1–3小时;按重量百分比为:间苯二酚2.0–6.0%、37%甲醛水溶液5.0–10.0%、六亚甲基四胺0.5–1.0%、10%氢氧化钠水溶液0.2–0.5%、余量为乙醇溶剂;本方法工艺简单,反应条件温和,交联剂储存稳定性好,低毒环保,用于形成聚丙烯酰胺凝胶,成胶时间和成胶强度可调,可实现深部调剖和驱油效果,应用于油田提高采收率。
