摘要:本发明提供一种网络规划方法及装置,涉及通信网络领域。方法包括:获取每个小区的无线利用率和话务量;在目标小区的无线利用率大于所述无线利用率门限,且所述目标小区的话务量大于所述话务量门限时,如果目标小区所在基站的载频数未达到载频上限,则增加所述目标小区所在基站的载波;在目标小区的无线利用率大于无线利用率门限,且所述目标小区的话务量大于话务量门限时,如果目标小区所在基站的载频数达到载频上限,则添加新基站。本发明的方法及装置能够诊断小区存在问题,并进行合理规划,从而改善小区服务质量;此外,整个方案可自动化实施,无需投入人力,从而提高了网络规划效率。
