摘要:本实用新型公开了一种高效立柱式分离柱,包括立式冷凝器、填料器、卧式冷凝器、泵及酯化废水储存罐;其特征在于:所述立式冷凝器中设有列管;所述填料器中设有填料管;所述填料器的两端均设有液体分布板;所述填料器的顶端设有金属弯管;所述卧式冷凝器的两端设有液体分布板;本实用新型能够高效分离排出酯化废水中含有的有机醇原料,分离后的醇返回反应器,减少酯化反应过程中,有机醇原料的损耗,提高酯化产品质量;降低酯化反应生产过程排出的酯化废水COD,有利于后续酯化废水生化降解处理;有效控制了汽化酯化水中的有机醇含量,可以适当提高酯化反应温度,减少酯化反应时间,降低反应能耗。
