摘要：<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a dynamic image whose composition changes in the middle even during short-time photographing.SOLUTION: An image pickup device comprises: image pickup means 12 for capturing an image of a subject at a faster frame rate than during playback time; storage control means 14 for accumulating dynamic images captured by the image pickup means 12 in storage means 13; extraction means 14 for extracting, from the dynamic images accumulated in the storage means 13, each of dynamic images of multiple portions captured at different timing; composition determination means 14 for determining a composition for each dynamic image extracted by the extraction means 14; cut-out means 14 for cutting out, from each dynamic image extracted by the extraction means 14, each of ranges included in the composition determined by the composition determination means 14; and combining means 14 for generating one dynamic image by combining a plurality of dynamic images after being cut out by the cut-out means 14.</p>
