摘要：The present invention is referred to a system for using the exceeding heat resulting from the lower griddle of a chassis for cooking tortillas in a tortilla making machine, which is characterized in that it comprises a mesh conveyor belt arranged under the lower cooking griddle of the tortilla cooking oven, which irradiates the exceeding calorific energy to said mesh conveyor belt for optimally cooking tortillas and reducing the fuel consumption; where said conveyor includes a structure for guiding and leading a mesh belt fixed to the lower portion of the cooking chassis and comprises a carcass mounted to the chassis for covering and protecting, in a chamber or reservoir, said mesh belt, and therefore preserving the heat for a better and improved cooking of the tortillas transported therethrough.
