摘要:本实用新型涉及一种锅炉,具体说是一种节能燃气热水锅炉。包括下炉体、安装在下炉体上端的上炉体,所述下炉体的内腔中设有炉膛,炉膛的外围设有水套,在炉膛中设置有导热管,导热管的两端分别与水套连通,在导热管的下方设有燃烧器接口,下炉体的内壁设有螺旋状盘绕在炉膛外侧的翅片;上炉体的内腔中带有多根燃烧管、多根返烟管以及至少一根排烟管,燃烧管、返烟管、排烟管均纵向设置,多根返烟管呈环状排列在排烟管的周围,多根燃烧管呈环状排列在返烟管的外围,返烟管和排烟管的下端均连通到烟仓,燃烧管的下端连通到炉膛,燃烧管的上端与返烟管的上端通过管道连通。该节能燃气热水锅炉结构简单、燃气充分燃烧、热效率高、热量损失少、尾气温度低,更符合节能环保的要求。

主权项:一种节能燃气热水锅炉,包括下炉体(1)、安装在下炉体(1)上端的上炉体(2),所述下炉体(1)的内腔中设有炉膛(3),炉膛(3)的外围设有水套(4),在炉膛(3)中设置有导热管(5),导热管(5)的两端分别与水套(4)连通,在导热管(5)的下方设有燃烧器接口(6),其特征在于:所述下炉体(1)的内壁设有螺旋状盘绕在炉膛(3)外侧的翅片(61);所述上炉体(2)的内腔中带有多根燃烧管(11)、多根返烟管(10)以及至少一根排烟管(9),所述燃烧管(11)、返烟管(10)、排烟管(9)均纵向设置,多根返烟管(10)呈环状排列在排烟管(9)的周围,多根燃烧管(11)呈环状排列在返烟管(10)的外围,返烟管(10)和排烟管(9)的下端均连通到烟仓(8),燃烧管(11)的下端连通到炉膛(3),燃烧管(11)的上端与返烟管(10)的上端通过管道连通。
