摘要:本发明涉及一种聚羧酸系高保坍零泌水高性能减水剂,由下列组成物及重量百分比组成:聚羧酸酯类减水剂,含固量20%60.0-80.0%,聚羧酸醚类减水剂,含固量20%15.0-35.0%,葡萄糖酸钠1.0%-2.5%,木质素磺酸钠0.5-1.5%,离子膜碱0.2-0.5%,异噻唑啉酮类防腐防霉杀菌剂0.2-0.5%,去离子水1.0-3.0%,将上述组成与配比的聚羧酸酯类减水剂、聚羧酸醚类减水剂和去离子水在30℃-50℃的环境中化合;保持温度添加葡萄糖酸钠、木质素磺酸钠激发剂,形成特定结构的合成产物;冷却至常温加离子膜碱进行酸碱度调整,添加异噻唑啉酮类防腐防霉杀菌剂后形成最终产品。本产品掺量低减水率高、水泥适应性面广、无泌水、保坍能力强、可适用于不同标号混凝土。
