摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestrian bridge enabling a refuge in the case of an emergency such as a tsunami, a flood and being capable of particularly making a lot of people refuge even in sections excepting a walking road surface. <P>SOLUTION: Main supports are erected at positions opposite to each other with a driveway intervened in both pedestrian ways arranged on both sides of the driveway, respectively, and a crossing building frame having a long quadrilateral road surface is bridged between the upper ends of the main supports so as to cross the driveway. Ascending and descending means communicating the pedestrian way with a walking road surface is connected between each of both ends of the crossing building frame and each of the pedestrian ways in the state of being supported by auxiliary support, thus constituting a pedestrian bridge body. A stage frame having a stage surface is provided immediately above the crossing building frame and supported by the main supports, and refuge staircases which communicate both ends of the crossing building frame with both ends of the stage frame, respectively, are provided between the walking road surface and the stage surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
