摘要:本发明提供一种叶片泵,形成在与转子(22)的侧面接触的板(32)上且与高压室(54)连通的背压槽(57)形成为,仿照转子(22)旋转一周时滑动连接在定子(30)的凸轮面(30A)而在叶片槽(23)内滑动的叶片(24)的基端Ei描绘的环状轨迹。

主权项:一种叶片泵,其特征在于,具有:壳体;配设在壳体的内部而旋转的转子;滑动自如地配设在沿转子径向设置的多个叶片槽中的多个叶片;在壳体的内部以围绕转子的方式配设的筒状的定子;从两侧夹着转子、叶片以及定子的一对板;设置在壳体和上述一对板中的一个之间、接受通过转子的旋转排出的液体的供给的高压室;和背压槽,形成在上述一对板中的至少一个的、与转子的侧面接触的面上,不管该转子位于怎样的旋转位置,均与该叶片槽内叶片的基端划分的该叶片槽的底部附近空间连通,并与高压室连通,供给到高压室的流体经由形成在上述至少一个板上的背压槽被导入到转子的叶片槽的底部附近空间,并通过导入到该叶片槽的底部附近空间的流体的压力将叶片的前端抵接在定子的内周的凸轮面上,以仿照转子旋转一周时与定子的凸轮面滑动连接而在叶片槽内滑动的叶片的基端所描绘的环状轨迹的方式形成上述背压槽。
