摘要:一种水冷式冷却器,涉及冷却器件技术领域,所解决的是提高换热效率的技术问题。该冷却器,包括冷却腔体、进气管、出气管,及多根平面螺旋形的螺旋盘管;所述进气管及出气管的封闭端均伸入冷却腔体内,开放端则伸至冷却腔体外部;各螺旋盘管均置于冷却腔体内,并沿进气管管身平行布设,相邻螺旋盘管间均形成有从外至内的平面螺旋形的通道;所述进气管的管身从各螺旋盘管的内圈穿过,所述出气管的管身位于各螺旋盘管的外周;各螺旋盘管的内端管口连接进气管,外端管口连接出气管;所述冷却腔体上的进水孔设置在出气管与冷却腔体结合部的外周,出水孔设置在进气管与冷却腔体结合部的外周。本实用新型提供的冷却器,适用于高温介质的冷却。

主权项:一种水冷式冷却器,包括冷却腔体和冷却管,所述冷却腔体上设有一进水孔、一出水孔;其特征在于:所述冷却管包括进气管、出气管,及多根盘绕成平面螺旋形的螺旋盘管;所述进气管及出气管均为一端封闭,另一端开放的管件,进气管及出气管的封闭端均伸入冷却腔体内,开放端则伸至冷却腔体外部;各螺旋盘管均置于冷却腔体内,所述进气管的管身从各螺旋盘管的内圈穿过,所述出气管的管身位于各螺旋盘管的外周;各螺旋盘管的内端管口连接进气管,外端管口连接出气管;各螺旋盘管沿进气管管身平行布设,每两根相邻螺旋盘管的外管壁均以线接触方式对向接合,使得每两根相邻螺旋盘管间均形成有一从出气管一侧起盘绕至进气管一侧且两端开放的平面螺旋形的通道;所述冷却腔体上的进水孔设置在出气管与冷却腔体结合部的外周,其孔心轴线位于各螺旋盘管的外周,并正对各螺旋盘管的外端管口,冷却腔体上的出水孔设置在进气管与冷却腔体结合部的外周,其孔心轴线从各螺旋盘管的内圈穿过。
