摘要:本发明公开了一种聚苯胺包覆的复合粉体及其制备方法。它包括三个部分,核心层为碳材料,夹心层为单质铁纳米微粒和氮化铁,包覆层为聚苯胺薄膜。其合成步骤如下:将碳材料充分吸附硝酸铁溶液,通过氢气还原、氨化反应后分别包覆单质铁微粒和氮化铁保护层;最后采用原位聚合技术在产物外层包覆聚苯胺薄膜,得到聚苯胺包覆的复合粉体。该粉体兼具聚苯胺的导电性、抗腐蚀性、化学稳定性以及铁磁性微粒的磁性和催化性能;其原材料来源广泛,工艺流程简单,在电磁波屏蔽与吸收、金属防腐、难降解废水处理、塑胶添加剂等领域具有广泛的应用前景。
主权项:一种聚苯胺包覆的复合粉体的制备方法,其特征在于它的步骤如下:1)取10g碳材料,加入到50~250mL的硝酸铁溶液中,充分吸附后取出,60~150°C条件下烘干;2)将步骤1)产物移入炉中,在氮气/氢气气氛中加热到450~750°C,反应15~60min后切换气氛为氨气,保持炉温继续反应15~60min;3)将步骤2)产物加水制成质量浓度为5%~15%的悬浮液,在悬浮液中加入0.5~5g的苯胺;在不断搅拌的条件下,加入苯胺质量0.4~2.0倍的质子酸;搅拌均匀后,缓慢滴入苯胺质量0.4~1.4倍的氧化剂溶液,室温下反应6~24h,期间不停搅拌,反应结束后经过滤、清洗、干燥后即得聚苯胺包覆的复合粉体;所述的聚苯胺包覆的复合粉体包括核心层、夹心层和包覆层,核心层为碳材料,夹心层为单质铁纳米微粒和氮化铁,包覆层为聚苯胺薄膜;所述的碳材料为碳纤维、炭黑、活性炭、碳纳米管、膨胀石墨或石墨烯中的一种或几种。
