摘要:本发明公开了一种皮尔瑞俄类芽孢杆菌的基因工程菌、该工程菌的构建方法及其应用。本发明以皮尔瑞俄类芽孢杆菌LXH-B-1菌株为宿主菌,经过构建基因重组整合载体,构建带有P43强启动子调控下的透明颤菌血红蛋白基因重组皮尔瑞俄类芽孢杆菌BC39。本发明的基因工程菌可在胞内表达透明颤菌血红蛋白,提高皮尔瑞俄类芽孢杆菌对氧的利用率、细胞生物量及催化产物多肽类抗生素的产量,工程菌株的多肽类抗生素产量比原始菌株提高45%,为解决皮尔瑞俄类芽孢杆菌在细胞培养和催化过程中的供氧不足问题提供一条有效的途径。
