摘要:本发明提供一种喷射沉积制造纯铜/铜铬合金复合触头材料的方法;具体地说:是以纯铜为基体材料,将Cu,Cr两种金属材料按重量百分比计Cu70-80%,Cr20-30%放入喷射沉积中频感应炉内,抽真空,在高纯氩气保护下熔化,将熔化的Cu-Cr合金溶液注入导液管内,采用惰性气体将从导液管流出的合金溶液进行粉碎、雾化,沉积到经预处理的纯铜板基体上,形成与铜基体牢固结合的Cu-Cr合金层;本发明所制备出的纯铜/铜铬合金复合材料用于触头,其心部保持纯铜优良的导电导热性能,而表面Cu-Cr合金层则充分展现其高的电流分断能力、高的承受电压能力、良好的抗熔焊性能、低的电弧烧损率和低的触头磨损等性能特点。

主权项:一种喷射沉积制造纯铜/铜铬合金复合触头材料的方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:第一步、将纯铜板表面除油净化,喷砂糙化,使之露出新鲜基体后,置于喷射雾化沉积室内,同时将Cu,Cr两种金属材料按重量百分比计Cu70‑80%,Cr20‑30%放入喷射沉积中频感应炉内; 第二步、封炉后将沉积室抽真空至10‑2‑10‑1Pa; 第三步、将放在喷射沉积中频感应炉内的Cu,Cr金属材料在高纯氩气保护下熔化,熔炼温度为1750℃‑1850℃; 第四步、将熔化的Cu‑Cr合金溶液注入导液管内,采用惰性气体将从导液管流出的合金溶液进行粉碎、雾化,沉积到经预处理的纯铜板基体上,厚度为2‑4mm; 第五步、在800℃进行挤压致密化处理,根据触头尺寸要求进行机加工。
