摘要:一种线缆桥焊机,包括机架、压紧气缸和焊接气缸,压紧气缸的活塞端设有能对网片伸出端压紧的压紧电极,焊接气缸的活塞端设有与压紧电极配合使用的焊接电极,压紧气缸竖直设置在机架上且活塞端朝下,焊接气缸水平设置在机架上且活塞端朝外,压紧气缸位于焊接气缸的上方,它还包括能对波浪边预压的预压装置,预压装置设置在压紧气缸的活塞端,预压装置至少两个,至少两个预压装置设置在压紧电极的两侧,预压装置与压紧电极处于不同的竖直平面内,预压装置靠近机架设置,压紧电极远离机架设置,预压装置的底面低于压紧电极的底面。由预压装置先对变形的波浪边进行预压将其压成平直状态,有效避免了焊点偏移的情况发生。

主权项:一种线缆桥焊机,包括机架(1)、压紧气缸(2)和焊接气缸(3),所述的压紧气缸(2)的活塞端设有能对网片伸出端(4)压紧的压紧电极(5),所述的焊接气缸(3)的活塞端设有与压紧电极(5)配合使用的焊接电极(6),其特征在于:所述的压紧气缸(2)竖直设置在机架(1)上且活塞端朝下,所述的焊接气缸(3)水平设置在机架(1)上且活塞端朝外,所述的压紧气缸(2)位于焊接气缸(3)的上方,它还包括能对波浪边(7)预压的预压装置(8),所述的预压装置(8)设置在压紧气缸(2)的活塞端,所述的预压装置(8)至少两个,所述的至少两个预压装置(8)设置在压紧电极(5)的两侧,所述的预压装置(8)与压紧电极(5)处于不同的竖直平面内,所述的预压装置(8)靠近机架(1)设置,所述的压紧电极(5)远离机架(1)设置,所述的预压装置(8)的底面低于压紧电极(5)的底面。
