摘要:本发明提供一种曲轴箱一体型平衡装置,其利用向张紧器供给油的油供给通路的通路构成部能够确保曲轴箱的强度。该曲轴箱一体型平衡装置具备:平衡轴,其从曲轴经由驱动链被传递旋转力而旋转驱动以降低内燃机的二次振动;液压张紧器,其通过利用液压推压驱动链的外表面以对所述驱动链施加张力;支承壁(29),其一体地设置于曲轴箱(4)的一侧壁(25)的内表面,并安装有张紧器。将圆柱状的通路构成部(33)与所述一侧壁和支承壁一体地结合,该通路构成部(33)在内部形成有向张紧器内供给液压的油供给通路(34),使形成于曲轴箱的一侧壁侧下部的油导入通路的直径大的一端部,从与油供给通路垂直的方向与该油供给通路交叉。

主权项:一种曲轴箱一体型平衡装置,其在曲轴箱和油盘之间一体地设置有平衡装置,该曲轴箱的一端部安装于气缸体,所述曲轴箱一体型平衡装置的特征在于,具备:平衡轴,其从曲轴经由环状传送体被传递旋转力而旋转驱动以降低内燃机的二次振动;张紧器,其通过利用液压推压所述环状传送体的外表面以对该环状传送体施加张力;张紧器安装部,其一体地设置于所述曲轴箱,并安装有所述张紧器;油供给部,其沿所述张紧器安装部的外表面一体地突出设置,并经由所述张紧器安装部向所述张紧器供给液压。
