A heat exchanger (19) i.e. air/fluid exchanger, is arranged between the extraction vein and the insufflation vein. A heat pump comprises evaporators (20, 21), a condenser (23) and a compressor (22). The device has multi-purpose functions such as ventilation, heating, and dehumidification functions. The device ensures double flow ventilation, so as to reduce thermal losses due to renewal of air in the closed construction, thus decreasing the power consumption necessary for heating.
