摘要:本发明提供一种成品透明质酸钠的干燥方法及工艺,由淀粉、蔗糖、牛肉膏、酵母粉、硫酸二氢钾、氢氧化钠、水、消泡油组成,将按比例配置好的原料中加入消泡油15-25ml进行培养,将培养后的种子进行发酵、絮沉、离心分离、溶解、过滤、沉淀制粉制得成品透明质酸,将成品透明质酸倒入干燥罐中,对干燥罐升温至34℃左右进行干燥,然后再降温至0-5℃继续干燥至最后;其优点是均匀性好,收率高,外观好,分子量高,极大的提高了产品质量。
