摘要:本发明提供一种根皮苷在制备延缓衰老及治疗衰老性疾病药物中的应用。所述根皮苷分子式:C21H24O10。本发明研究发现根皮苷可以显著延长酵母寿命,根皮苷具有抗氧化性,通过调节SOD,Sir2/SIRT1基因的表达和酶的活性而达到抵抗氧化应激从而延长酵母寿命;根皮苷可以增加与酵母Sir2同源物的SIRT1酶活性,而SIRT1对于延长哺乳类动物寿命起着重要作用。本发明首次应用老化学研究的生物模型-酵母的复制性寿命分析对食品来源地根皮苷的抗衰老效果及其作用机理进行了研究。提供了根皮苷在制备延缓衰老及治疗衰老性疾病药物中的应用。提供根皮苷在制备延缓衰老,预防或辅助治疗衰老性疾病的营养物中的应用。
