摘要:本实用新型公开了一种液压油管综合试验台夹头快换装置,由钳体(1)、下夹头(2)、销子(3)、压块(4)、上夹头(5)、扭转弹簧(6)和卡锁(7)构成;所述下夹头(2)安装在钳体(1)的凹槽内,上夹头(5)安装在压块(4)的凹槽内,压块(4)通过销子(3)与钳体(1)连接,扭转弹簧(6)安装在压块(4)的内部并绕套在销子(3)上,卡锁(7)安装在钳体(1)外侧凹槽的边沿。本实用新型能方便地对上、下夹头进行更换,从而实现对不同规格的液压油管进行清洗和密封试验,提高了工作效率,降低了产品成本。
