摘要:<p>Farmaceutický prostredek s rízeným uvolnováním úcinné látky ve forme tablety, který obsahuje (a) farmaceutický produkt, (b) škrob s vysokým obsahem amylózy, tvorený 10 až 60 % hmotnostními amylopektinu a 40 až 90 % hmotnostními amylózy a (c) polysacharid nebo polyol, pricemž škrob s vysokým obsahem amylózy a polysacharid nebo polyol jsou kovalentne zesíteny kovalentním zesítujícím cinidlem a k zesítení se užije 0,1 až 30 g zesítujícího cinidla na 100 g škrobu s vysokým obsahem amylózy.</p>
