摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service unique to terrestrial digital broadcast such as one-segment even when content of the terrestrial digital broadcast is distributed utilizing a broadcast satellite. <P>SOLUTION: A T/S converter (terrestrial/satellite broadcast signal converter) 11 is provided with: an IIP detection means 110 for detecting packets including head location information of multiplex frames from stream data of a signal form of the terrestrial digital broadcast to synchronize the packets; an invalid hierarchy removal means 111 for removing packets of invalid hierarchies specified by the signal form of the terrestrial digital broadcast in the multiplex frames; an NIT replacement means 113 for replacing an identifier of a network information table with an identifier specified by a signal form of satellite digital broadcast in the multiplex frames; and a PCR reset means 114 for resetting a program time reference value corresponding to removal of TSPs of the invalid hierarchies by the invalid hierarchy removal means 111. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
