摘要:本发明是一种金属表面防腐蚀膜的制备方法,用PESA或PESA盐、锌盐与磷酸盐、黄原酸盐或聚羧酸盐混合均匀成预膜液,在20~60℃下,用预膜液与金属表面接触24~72h,即可在金属表面生成具有防腐蚀功能的薄膜。本发明药剂用量小,成膜时间短,所制备的金属表面沉淀膜防腐蚀性能好,优于循环冷却水系统不停车化学清洗和热态预膜工艺技术规程(CECS103:99)所规定的技术指标(>10s)。成膜实施过程简单,预膜液不需置换和排放即可投入运行,因此减少了废水的排放。

主权项:1.一种金属表面防腐蚀膜的制备方法,包括配置预膜液和在金属表面成膜,其特征在于,用A、B和C三种组分混合均匀成预膜液,其中A组分是:聚环氧琥珀酸或聚环氧琥珀酸盐,B组分是锌盐,C组分是六偏磷酸钠、多元醇膦酸酯或膦羧酸,预膜液中A组分用量以聚环氧琥珀酸二钠为基准计为30~50mg/L,B组分锌盐用量以Zn2+为基准计为2~4mg/L,C组分用量以多元醇膦酸酯为基准计为20~50mg/L,在20~60℃下,用预膜液与金属表面接触24~72h,在金属表面生成防腐蚀膜。
