摘要:本发明提供强度和导电性极大提高、具有优异特性的电子材料用Cu-Ni-Si-Co-Cr系铜合金。该电子材料用Cu-Ni-Si-Co-Cr系铜合金的特征是含有Ni:约0.5~约2.5质量%、Co:约0.5~约2.5质量%、和Si:约0.30~约1.2质量%,Cr:约0.09~约0.5质量%,其余部分由Cu和不可避免的杂质构成,该合金组成中的Ni和Co的合计量相对于Si的质量浓度比为:约4≤[Ni+Co]/Si≤约5,该合金组成中的Ni和Co的质量浓度比为:约0.5≤Ni/Co≤约2,对于分散在材料中的大小为1μm以上的夹杂物的个数(P)、其中的含碳浓度为10质量%以上的夹杂物的个数(Pc),Pc约为15个/1000μm<SUP>2</SUP>以下,且其比Pc/P≤约0.3以下。
