摘要:本发明涉及一种河流底泥的固化处理方法,利用燃煤炉渣、生石灰以及石膏,在底泥中携带水分的情况下发生系列反应,使底泥发生固结,并以建筑垃圾中的砖块混凝土碎屑作为支撑材料,经过一定时间的养护形成固化体,从而实现河流底泥的固化处理。生石灰作为碱激发剂和钙离子反极化作用,与燃煤炉渣中二氧化硅、三氧化二铝等发生反应,反应产物进一步与石膏发生反应生成水化硫铝酸钙,剩余产物进一步发生水化作用的原理,使未经脱水的河流底泥固结其中,形成的固化体可用于替代物化性能要求不是很高的路面、公园建设时的混凝土砌块使用。

主权项:1、一种河流底泥的固化处理方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:1)取未经脱水处理的含水率为90-98%的河流底泥,以底泥重量为基准,向底泥中加入2-6%的燃煤炉渣、1-3%的生石灰、1-3%的石膏,均匀混合后形成底泥混合物;若底泥含水率低于70%,加入相应的水以补充水分;2)以底泥混合物的重量为基准,加入2-6%的建筑垃圾中的砖块混凝土碎屑,进行均匀混合,形成固化前体;3)将固化前体以5-30cm的厚度平铺在通风的避雨棚中进行覆盖养护,养护温度在0℃以上;养护时间未达7天时,应避免固化块与水分接触,7天后,在覆盖物上淋水,使覆盖物处于水分润湿状态;28天养护后,即可实现河流底泥的固化。
